Greencity Development has the in-house expertise to develop land throughout South Carolina & Washington State: 

• Land Sourcing – We partner with local real estate agents to identify land lots before they hit the market. Our team leverages local market knowledge and city development plans to identify lots ready for up-zoning. 

 

• Feasibility Study – We collaborate with local professionals (land surveyors, geo-techs, civil engineers, arborists, real estate agents, etc.) to ensure a complete feasibility assessment before buying each lot. 

 

• Land Entitlement – Our entitlement team works with local municipalities and stakeholders to take land through the building permitting process efficiently and effectively. Major cost and schedule savings could be achieved through attention to small details during development. 

 

• Architectural Design – We work with local architects to create beautiful and functional living communities. Our in-house design team reviews key details to avoid multiple review cycles with the city. 

 

• In-House Spec Design – Our in-house design team collaborates with construction and purchasing teams to create designs that bring out the most utility and appeal for the future owner while remaining under the predetermined budget.
